The whole idea
A paw, filled like a glass of water.
Paws
Steps and ground covered, off the pedometer.
Playtime
Minutes of actual, logged play.
Wags
Moments worth marking. Tapped, not measured.
Zoomie doesn't draw arcs. It draws a paw and fills it, and the water line stays level even while the paw is spinning. The colours never move either — orange is Paws in the app, in the widget, on the Lock Screen and on a treat badge.
Try it — it actually runs
A live session, in your browser.
Nine kinds of playtime across three moods. Pick one, press play, and the rings fill for real. Every line of commentary is lifted straight out of the scene that narrates that session in the app. Tap a quick action and you'll log a wag. Close all three and the zoomies get out.

Percy's Zoomie
Three rings, filling as you play.

Every screen, as it ships.
Wags
Tapped, not measured.
Paws come off a pedometer and Playtime comes off a clock, but the third ring is entirely manual — seventeen kinds of moment worth marking, from Bark and Potty to Nailed It and Leg Kick. The photo wag is the strange one: the app runs Vision over a still of your dog, finds the joints, and lets you hang emoji off them.
Photo Wag
Vision finds the joints. You decide what goes on them. Both the emoji and the note are optional — save at any point.

Treats
Good dogs get treats.
Close rings, keep streaks, walk a mile, log a session before 7am. Each award is tinted by the ring it measures, so an orange one is about distance and a three-colour one is about the whole Zoomie.

Insights
Then it stops being cute.
Underneath the emoji and the tennis balls it's a real tracker: hour-by-hour distribution, twelve-week heat maps, ring completion over time, and every session logged down to the paw.

Apple-first, all the way down.
One codebase across the app, a widget extension and a shared framework — with a Live Activity that survives the app being closed and an onboarding flow that is, for no defensible reason, a small 2D RPG.
